When will my order ship?

We try to ship all order as quickly as possible, but we're a very small team that hand sorts, hand packages, and hand ships everything! Most orders are processed and shipped within three (3) business days, however on some occasions (especially around holidays or sales) it can take longer if the volume of orders are high. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking. 

How do I track my package?

If you used ShopPay, you'll be able to track through your app. Also, your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for these numbers to be recorded and updated with each carrier’s tracking system. 

How soon will my order be delivered?

It is different for everyone, depending on where you live in the country. We ship from California, and most customers receive their items 2-8 days after shipment. 

Returns & Missing Items

Returns

Since all of our products are customized and made in small batches, we do not accept returns on any of our items. All sales are final except in the case of defects. If your item is defective, we will gladly replace it, or work with you for a solution. 

Our products are sealed with a tamper-void label. 

If you have a defective item to return, please email us for instructions on how to initiate the return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a re-stocking fee equal to the present value of the digital instructions of the kit, due to the fact digital goods cannot be 'returned'. 

Missing Item

We hand-pack and hand-sort everything. Errors are rare, but do occur. If there was an error in your order, please send us an email, and we’ll work to fix the issue right away.
